  Highlights:  In the "We told you so" category:     Michalak admits there is a Channing Rd. drainage problem     MBTA agrees with abutters that location of BCP next to live rail is unsafe.  I fact-checked Michalak’s MBTA update by contacting a senior official at the MBTA familiar with the Belmont Comm.
